All residents, property owners, and visitors to the Mercer area are welcome to apply for a Merlin card from the Mercer Public Library. Your card is good at nearly 30 libraries in the Northern Waters Library System. You will be asked to fill out a simple application form, and children under the age of 14 are required to have a parent/guardian signature on their application form.
